CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES (excludes shipping carrier time)
- Ready-to-ship (no resizing/customization): 2–5 business days
- Ring sizers: 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order (excludes custom & create-your-own rings): Up to 8 weeks (may vary due to casting delays)
- Create-your-own rings: 12–14 weeks
- Custom/bespoke pieces: 12–16 weeks
- Resizing (ready-to-ship rings only): 10–16 business days
- Adding inset diamonds to ready-to-ship rings: 4–6 weeks (contact us if on a deadline)

SHIPPING & TAXES:
- Shipping costs vary—see checkout for current rates. All shipments include full insurance, and orders over $1,000 require a signature.
- International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery. We do not have access to this information.
- Indiana residents: Sales tax applies to orders shipped within Indiana and Tennessee.
GENERAL JEWELRY CARE:
- Handmade jewelry is delicate—proper care ensures longevity. Any damage under your care is your responsibility.
- Insurance: For valuable pieces like engagement rings, consider insuring with Jeweler’s Mutual or through your homeowner’s policy to protect against loss, damage, or theft.
- Handling: Accidents happen. While we offer gemstone replacement consultations, full-cost replacement may apply.
- Wear & Tear: Remove jewelry before heavy activities (gardening, exercising, weightlifting) to prevent bending, breakage, or scratches. A silicone band is recommended for workouts.
- Cleaning: Use clear, non-moisturizing dish soap and water—never chemicals. A soft toothbrush can help clean around prongs and stones, but use gentle pressure.
- Soft Stones (e.g., turquoise, opal): These are porous and delicate. Avoid water, soap, and chemicals, as they can alter color and cause damage. Keep jewelry dry and avoid lotions or oils.

RETURN POLICY:
- All sales are final—no returns or exchanges. Contact us if there’s an issue with your order.
- Custom orders: No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. Deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled during the consulting stage.

REPAIR REQUESTS:
- Repairs and resizes are considered individually via email. Minimum labor fee: $300 (plus shipping/insurance both ways).
- Remakes may incur higher costs. We recommend insuring your ring through a homeowner’s policy or Jeweler’s Mutual.
- Simple resizes or prong repairs are the minimum; fees are quoted upfront based on photos.
- We cannot repair crushed or cracked gemstones—contact us for replacement options.
- Repair timelines depend on our work queue and will be provided upon acceptance. Shipping instructions will be emailed.
- Resizing locally? Ensure your jeweler uses heat protection for heat-sensitive stones. We are not responsible for damage caused by another jeweler.
