What do you think? Ahh...
Go To Post What do you think? Ahh two posts in one week, it’s scary😂🙈... I tried something different by putting together some videos of this ring I just finished last night (I haven’t photographed it yet, but it’ll be up on knotandsplice.com next week)....I’m no videographer, but I try!💛

How insanely vibrant is this Madagascar parti (bicolor) sapphire from @calebbquashen? You don’t come across colors like these often!! Every origin of sapphire has its own vibe, truly, and I’m a huge fan of Madagascar sapphires these days (ethically sourced, of course!). This ring is 14K rose gold with a little salt & pepper accent and my ethereal starry band with some extra stippled texture. This gem has a couple minor inclusions not visible to the naked eye, but wow, that COLOR !!! 😍▫️

Often times I find it difficult to carry on making jewelry with so much going on in the world and honestly I am feeling moved with compassion more than ever for the many who are hurting. Often we want to rush out and save the world ourselves...and there’s SO MUCH outside of our control. But what if God has a purpose for you right where you are (what if you can use your gifts to then bless someone else or give back in other ways)? What if your gifts and abilities are truly a gift, a song, one that speaks of love and grace? I know it’s a blessing to be able to create beautiful things with my hands. I hope it brings a smile to someone’s face even if you’re just watching from afar. I’m like a bug drawn to love and hope in the midst of brokenness...I believe it shines so bright that you want to reach out to grab for it when you get sick of being alone in the night. You’re not alone, friend. You’re not here by accident or coincidence. You are loved.💛
